From vines with light clay-limestone soils, the grapes are harvested at their right maturity. Then, all the vinification stages are carried out at low temperature to keep all the freshness potential of the wines.
The wines are first selected on criteria of freshness, vivacity and aromatic intensity. Then, in our cellars in Landiras near Bordeaux, our oenologists conduct a specific sparkling process to obtain an extra effervescence, according to a technique invented in 1907 by the French engineer Eugène Charmat.
